Police in Ebonyi State say three siblings have been abducted at Nwezenyi Igbagu in Izzi Local Government Area of Ebonyi State.
The Police Public Relations Officer, Mr Joshua Ukandu explained that the children were siblings were taken away from their compound by a Lady who gave her name as Ifeoma.
He noted that Police have launched investigations based on available information at their disposal to ascertain the lady behind the dastardly act.
Meanwhile, Radio Nigeria gathered that the three children identified as Favour, Obinna and Kamso were taken away by the Lady who had rented a room apartment within the compound the preveious day.
An Eyewitness account explained that the Lady had packed into the room, decorated it before taking advantage of the absence of the children’s parents.
This is not the first time abductors masquerading as tenants are abducting children as a similar incident had occurred at Nkwoagu and Nkaliki communities in Abakaliki Local Government Area last month and last year.
