The wife of Anambra State Governor, Mrs. Nonye Soludo, has extended heartfelt Good Friday greetings to the people of Anambra State and the entire nation.
In a message , the Governor’s wife reflected on the significance of the day, describing it as a solemn reminder of the ultimate sacrifice of Jesus Christ.
She stated that Good Friday , the Saviour, Jesus Christ, is persecuted and crucified for the people’s transgressions, but humanity has been saved and granted absolution through God’s greatest sacrifice of death on the cross of Calvary.
Mrs. Soludo called on all to seek heaven’s grace and salvation once again upon their families, Anambra State, and Nigeria, even as Christians await the glorious resurrection of the Lord.
She urged the faithful to pray fervently for peace in their homes, love in the State, and harmony in the nation, while celebrating this holy day with kindness and forgiveness.
The Governor’s wife prayed that the grace and divine breakthrough of the season will grow and flourish through this solemn period.
