The Federal Road Safety Corps in Anambra State has deployed personnel and operational resources ahead of the second-term inauguration of Governor Chukwuma Soludo and his Deputy, Onyekachukwu Ibezim, taking place tomorrow.

According to a statement by the Command, the deployment was aimed at ensuring smooth traffic flow and maintaining safety during the inauguration ceremony.

The Sector Commander, Bridget Asekhauno, said the Command was working closely with other security agencies to strengthen traffic control and intensify public sensitization efforts before, during, and after the event.

Addressing officers and men ahead of the exercise, Corps Commander Asekhauno charged them to maintain a high level of discipline and professionalism while carrying out their duties.

In total, two hundred and seventy-five (275) officers and men had been deployed across strategic locations in the state, supported by twenty-nine (29) operational vehicles, including patrol bikes, ambulances, and tow trucks.

The Command also called on residents, stakeholders, and visitors to remain law-abiding and cooperate with security personnel to ensure the safety of dignitaries and members of the public attending the ceremony.

The Sector Commander reaffirmed the commitment of the Federal Road Safety Corps to providing adequate safety measures and ensuring that the inauguration is conducted in a peaceful and secure atmosphere.
