A Legal Practitioner in Awka Anambra State, Mr John Okoli-Akirika has advised the African Democratic Congress, ADC to explore other options to address its leadership issue with the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC.
Mr Okoli-Akrika who spoke to journalists in Awka said the David Mark led group could explore tactical engagement with other political parties as it awaits the result of the judicial prosecution of the matter.
He argued that the adjournment of ruling on the leadership issue by the supreme court from April 14 to 24 means that the party would lose ten days in the 2027 election timetable which could affect its preparation for the polls.
Mr Okoli –Akrika cautioned the party against engaging in unnecessary and long litigation.
